In order for us to make your product the image you send must be high quality.

If it doesn't meet the criteria we will let you know and ask you to send us an alternative.

Sizing
For sizing please see the dimensions below - remember, these are handmade items, so checking sizing is important to get the best fit for your little people.
Although care will be taken, sizes may vary slightly depending on the fabric and style.
We currently offer the following standard sizes of baby clothes:

XS - Newborn - Height 53cm - Weight 8lbs
​
S - 0-3 Months - Height 61cm - Weight 13lbs
​
M - 3-6 Months - Height 67cm - Weight 18lbs
​
L - 6-12 Months - Height 74cm - Weight 22lbs
​
XL - 12-18 Months - Height 80cm - Weight 26lbs
​
In addition to these we do offer alternative sizes. If you would like to make an enquiry then drop us a quick message.
Postage
Delivery times vary depending on what you order.
Bespoke items will be given an estimated delivery time at the time they are ordered (usually within 4 weeks)
Pre-made item are delivered within 2 weeks
There are currently delays within the Royal Mail. We send everything 2nd class, but there is currently a back log for post and sorting offices are short staffed.

Remember that each item is handmade and we will do our best to make items as quickly as possible without compromising on the quality.

Fabric
Wonderfully light fabric that is soft to touch and has a natural sheen. Perfect for little people!
Jersey Stretch Fabric - 96% Polyester & 4% Elastane
Soft and comfortable for babies to wear!
Perfect worn alone or layered up with bodysuits, cardigans, etc. in the colder climates

This fabric is soft jersey stretch so we recommend hand-washing or machine wash on low. For best care please hang to dry or use a low tumble dry heat

Low heat iron
Due to the fabric style, it can wear down with lots of baby rolling and crawling, so please expect it to have a distressed/worn look after a while.
Refunds and Exchanges
As our products are personalised we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges.
What we do is work with our customers to make sure they are happy with their purchase.

Each item goes through a series of quality assurance checks before being approved for delivery.
